What is the Collective?
The Collective is a professional community of doulas, birth workers, educators, and advocates committed to Black maternal health and sustainable birth-work businesses. It is where trained doulas connect, learn, and grow together beyond initial certification.
A professional community
The Collective brings together people who share a commitment to culturally rooted, trauma-informed birth work and to building sustainable doula businesses.
Beyond certification
Certification is the beginning. The Collective supports doulas through mentorship, continuing education, mastermind gatherings, and peer connection across their careers.
Rooted in Black maternal health
The Collective's mission centers Black maternal health, cultural advocacy, and community. Members work to support Black families with respect, skill, and cultural alignment.
